Shipping policy

U.S. orders are shipped by best method with tracking. Orders are usually shipped within 2 working days. Delivery to cont. US typically 3 – 5 days.

International economy delivery is approx. 10-25 days - POST COVID-19 some shipments are taking up to 45 days. We will provide you with the customs number that will provide basic tracking, each country reports tracking differently, so it is not official tracking on each shipment. We cannot be responsible for lost mail or fees in your country.

Priority shipping can be purchased at checkout, and includes insurance.

Insured 1^st class – With international insurance.
If your items are lost in the mail we will replace them. Claims can be made 50 days from shipping date. Efforts must be made with the local post to find item, as quite often items are being held at the local post office. Items marked delivered on the tracking are not eligible for claim.
