Refund policy

Returns are accepted within 30 days from time of purchase for items in new condition only. Items must include all parts and packaging, and be sent with a Return Authorization number. To obtain a Return Authorization number, email info@ducatimonstertailchop.com before shipping the return. 

Send return to Monster Tail Chop 2297 Rustic Dr. St George, UT. 84790. Do not send before contacting us first. Returns will not be accepted without an RA number.

Accepted returns will be refunded for the purchase price minus shipping. Shipping charges are not refundable. 

Items that have been installed or used are not eligible for return. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Refund will be through original form of payment.
